Givenchy Internal Control and Data Analysis Intern

- Assist in the evaluation of internal controls by identifying and assessing operational and financial risks.
- Document existing processes and controls, and support the execution of control tests and result compilation.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and Power BI dashboards to monitor performance and risk management.
- Analyze team needs for performance and risk tracking, and create interactive dashboards and visual reports using Power BI.
- Ensure data quality and reliability for report generation and participate in report automation.
- Support various projects aimed at continuous improvement of processes and tools.
- Contribute to updating internal procedures and developing new internal communication tools such as newsletters and training materials.
- Pursuing a degree in Audit, Management Control, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong interest or initial experience in data analysis and dashboard creation, with a preference for experience in audit or internal control.
- Proficiency in Power BI, including report creation and DAX usage.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
- Project management affinity.
- Proactive and innovative mindset.
- Fluency in both English and French.
Entry-level, ideal for candidates with a strong interest or initial experience in data analysis and internal control.
Currently enrolled in a university or business/engineering school program related to Audit, Management Control, Finance, or Information Systems.
