Givenchy Internal Control and Compliance Intern

- Draft and implement new procedures and ensure their compliance.
- Enhance business processes.
- Monitor documentation and adherence to existing internal procedures.
- Develop awareness materials on internal control topics.
- Conduct tests and follow up on the annual internal control evaluation campaign.
- Analyze exception reports to identify potential anomalies and investigate these anomalies if present.
- Conduct occasional store audit missions.
- Provide operational support for ongoing projects.
- Perform due diligence and third-party screening to combat money laundering and adhere to anti-corruption regulations.
- Participate in the implementation of internal anti-corruption training (in accordance with the Sapin 2 law).
- Manage the annual conflict of interest campaign.
- Student in a Business School, Engineering School, or equivalent university program with a specialization in audit/internal control preferred.
- Ideally, previous experience in audit or internal control or at an audit firm.
- Ability to work independently and comfortably with both external and internal stakeholders.
- Proactive with a strong interest in project management.
- Meticulous and intellectually curious.
- Interest in environmental issues.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Fluency in both English and French.
Entry-level position suitable for beginners, ideally with some prior experience in audit or internal control.
Currently enrolled in a Business School, Engineering School, or equivalent university program.
