1. Draft and implement new procedures and ensure their compliance.
2. Enhance business processes.
3. Monitor documentation and adherence to existing internal procedures.
4. Develop awareness materials on internal control topics.
5. Conduct tests and follow up on the annual internal control evaluation campaign.
6. Analyze exception reports to identify potential anomalies and investigate these anomalies if present.
7. Conduct occasional store audit missions.
8. Provide operational support for ongoing projects.
9. Perform due diligence and third-party screening to combat money laundering and adhere to anti-corruption regulations.
10. Participate in the implementation of internal anti-corruption training (in accordance with the Sapin 2 law).
11. Manage the annual conflict of interest campaign.

1. Student in a Business School, Engineering School, or equivalent university program with a specialization in audit/internal control preferred.
2. Ideally, previous experience in audit or internal control or at an audit firm.
3. Ability to work independently and comfortably with both external and internal stakeholders.
4. Proactive with a strong interest in project management.
5. Meticulous and intellectually curious.
6. Interest in environmental issues.

1. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; SAP knowledge is a plus.
2. Fluency in both English and French.

Entry-level position suitable for beginners, ideally with some prior experience in audit or internal control.

Currently enrolled in a Business School, Engineering School, or equivalent university program.
