Givenchy Industrialization and Quality Manager

1. Ensure the quality standards of women's ready-to-wear collections and uniforms through standardization, grading, material development, and garment production.
2. Collaborate with the Creative Studio, Development, Production, and Finance departments.
3. Manage a team of four individuals.
4. Guarantee the fit and aesthetics of collections in production.
5. Provide technical support during collection fittings conducted by the Creative Studio.
6. Oversee the industrialization process, including planning and managing fittings and validation schedules for Pre-Production Samples and Prototypes.
7. Ensure adherence to garment size grading rules.
8. Conduct and validate strategic and technical product alternatives with Style and Development teams.
9. Oversee quality control of production at external providers and manufacturers.
10. Resolve disputes regarding finished products.
11. Participate in sourcing new manufacturers and validate their quality standards.
12. Provide technical support to production teams.
13. Validate invoices from service providers.
14. Implement reporting and quality management tools.
15. Lead and manage the team, providing guidance, support, and setting objectives.
16. Generate quality activity dashboards.
17. Participate in manufacturer evaluations at the end of each season and propose improvement plans.
18. Frequent travel to Italy.

1. 10 to 15 years of experience in a similar role within the high-end women's ready-to-wear sector.
2. Familiarity with the fast-paced nature and constraints of fashion collections.
3. Extensive experience with Italian manufacturing networks.
4. Highly organized, adaptable, and flexible.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Fluency in Italian is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
