1. Serve as a strategic HR partner for the headquarters, focusing on supporting creative talents.
2. Drive recruitment efforts to attract top talent, particularly for creative and craft profiles.
3. Develop and implement talent development programs aligned with business objectives.

5. Manage individual and collective employee relations, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
6. Oversee HR administration and legal matters, ensuring compliance with company policies.
7. Manage payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
8. Leverage the LVMH HR network to share best practices and collaborate on initiatives.
9. Lead and develop a team of 5 HR professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.

1. Proven experience in Human Resources in generalist roles, preferably with a focus on creative talents.
2. Strong knowledge of French labor law and HR practices.
3. Excellent soft skills, including influencing, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
4. Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and lead others through transitions.
5. Experience in a luxury retail or fashion environment is preferred.
6. Fluency in French and English is required.
