1. Initiate VIP/VIC developments as directed by management and communication department.
2. Gather stylistic directives and coordinate material research.
3. Oversee fittings and budget adherence.
4. Ensure timely delivery of event-specific projects.
5. Create and update product nomenclature in PLM.
6. Manage collection plans in collaboration with the Haute Couture Studio.
7. Launch prototypes with designers and the atelier for Haute Couture categories.
8. Facilitate fittings and communicate feedback to relevant teams.
9. Anticipate and resolve product development issues.
10. Ensure adherence to timelines and budgets, escalating issues as necessary.
11. Monitor material orders with the dedicated service and studio.
12. Collaborate with the Haute Couture atelier to ensure high standards of creativity and quality.
13. Coordinate special requests with Haute Couture commercial teams.
14. Track Haute Couture client orders, quotes, and deadlines.
15. Ensure operational efficiency within the department, including logistics, shipping, customs, and manufacturer visits.

1. Advanced degree (Bac + 5) from a fashion school or equivalent university program.
2. Over 5 years of experience in fashion product development.

1. Proficiency in English; Italian is advantageous.
2. Mastery of PLM and MS Office.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Dynamic, with strong adaptability, flexibility, and attention to detail.
5. Strong product sensitivity and passion.
6. Operational resilience and ability to meet tight deadlines.

A minimum of 5 years in fashion product development is required.

Advanced degree (Bac + 5) from a fashion school or equivalent university program.
