- Initiate VIP/VIC developments as directed by management and communication department.
- Gather stylistic directives and coordinate material research.
- Oversee fittings and budget adherence.
- Ensure timely delivery of event-specific projects.
- Create and update product nomenclature in PLM.
- Manage collection plans in collaboration with the Haute Couture Studio.
- Launch prototypes with designers and the atelier for Haute Couture categories.
- Facilitate fittings and communicate feedback to relevant teams.
- Anticipate and resolve product development issues.
- Ensure adherence to timelines and budgets, escalating issues as necessary.
- Monitor material orders with the dedicated service and studio.
- Collaborate with the Haute Couture atelier to ensure high standards of creativity and quality.
- Coordinate special requests with Haute Couture commercial teams.
- Track Haute Couture client orders, quotes, and deadlines.
- Ensure operational efficiency within the department, including logistics, shipping, customs, and manufacturer visits.
- Advanced degree (Bac + 5) from a fashion school or equivalent university program.
- Over 5 years of experience in fashion product development.
- Proficiency in English; Italian is advantageous.
- Mastery of PLM and MS Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Dynamic, with strong adaptability, flexibility, and attention to detail.
- Strong product sensitivity and passion.
- Operational resilience and ability to meet tight deadlines.
A minimum of 5 years in fashion product development is required.
Advanced degree (Bac + 5) from a fashion school or equivalent university program.
