Givenchy Haute Couture Development Manager

- Initiate VIP/VIC developments as requested by the communication department.
- Gather stylistic guidelines and coordinate material research.
- Oversee fittings and budget management, ensuring adherence to delivery timelines for events.
- Create and update nomenclatures on PLM.
- Manage collection plans in collaboration with the Haute Couture Studio.
- Coordinate prototype launches with stylists and the Atelier for Haute Couture categories.
- Facilitate fittings and communicate feedback to relevant teams.
- Anticipate and resolve product-related issues from creation to finalization.
- Ensure compliance with schedules and budgets, raising alerts when necessary.
- Monitor material orders with the dedicated service and studio.
- Collaborate with the Haute Couture Atelier to maintain high standards of creativity and product quality, participating in fittings with select VIPs & VICs.
- Manage the organization of the Haute Couture Atelier, including temporary staff, schedules, invoices, and budget oversight.
- Work closely with Haute Couture commercial teams to coordinate special requests and deadlines.
- Track Haute Couture client orders, quotes, and delivery times.
- Ensure operational efficiency within the department, including logistics, shipping, customs formalities, and travel to manufacturers/ateliers as needed.
- Successful experience in a similar role.
- Strong product and creative sensitivity.
- Agility and proactivity with strong problem-solving skills.
- Well-structured and organized, comfortable in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and clear communication abilities to ensure effective departmental collaboration.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
