Givenchy Global Stock Controller

- Map the entire flow of physical stock, including reception, transfer, and adjustments such as inventory discrepancies, recycling, and internal orders.
- Identify movement codes for stock management tools and ensure seamless integration with the company's systems.
- Draft clear processes and train operational teams.
- Ensure global stock reliability within management systems.
- Perform stock equation for the France entity and coordinate regional stock equations.
- Reconcile daily stock photos in stores and warehouses across different systems: Cegid, SAP, LMxt (WMS).
- Resolve system blockages and document anomalies.
- Coordinate global inventories, assist with central warehouse inventories, and prepare comprehensive inventory reports.
- Maintain stock management processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Manage stock adjustments in coordination with operational teams and report to financial and internal control teams.
- Serve as a reference for all stock-impacting projects.
- Confirmed experience (5 to 8 years minimum) in stock management, retail operations control, or supply chain.
- Proficiency in IT tools (Cegid, SAP, Excel, BI tools).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Analytical and initiative-driven mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams.
- Fluency in English and French.
Minimum of 5 years in stock management, retail operations control, or supply chain.
