1. Map the entire flow of physical stock, including reception, transfer, and adjustments such as inventory discrepancies, recycling, and internal orders.
2. Identify movement codes for stock management tools and ensure seamless integration with the company's systems.
3. Draft clear processes and train operational teams.
4. Ensure global stock reliability within management systems.
5. Perform stock equation for the France entity and coordinate regional stock equations.
6. Reconcile daily stock photos in stores and warehouses across different systems: Cegid, SAP, LMxt (WMS).
7. Resolve system blockages and document anomalies.
8. Coordinate global inventories, assist with central warehouse inventories, and prepare comprehensive inventory reports.
9. Maintain stock management processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
10. Manage stock adjustments in coordination with operational teams and report to financial and internal control teams.
11. Serve as a reference for all stock-impacting projects.

1. Confirmed experience (5 to 8 years minimum) in stock management, retail operations control, or supply chain.

1. Proficiency in IT tools (Cegid, SAP, Excel, BI tools).
2. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
3. Analytical and initiative-driven mindset.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams.
5. Fluency in English and French.

Minimum of 5 years in stock management, retail operations control, or supply chain.
