Givenchy Global Internal Control & Compliance Director

- Design, implement, and enhance internal control policies and systems specific to the luxury sector.
- Lead the annual internal control assessment campaign, identifying and monitoring risks across all business units and geographies.
- Provide regular reports on internal control status, risks, and remediation efforts to the executive committee.
- Manage internal and external audits, overseeing the implementation of audit recommendations.
- Coordinate and implement comprehensive compliance programs, including anti-corruption and ethical business conduct.
- Act as the key compliance contact, leading the Ethics & Compliance Committee and strengthening anti-corruption initiatives.
- Develop and oversee the vigilance plan in compliance with French, Italian, and European laws.
- Lead risk assessment and mapping for human rights, health, safety, and environmental risks across the value chain.
- Manage and develop the Paris-based team, co-piloting regional retail internal audit and control with the LVMH Fashion Group.
- University degree or business school qualification in audit or finance.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with audit experience preferred.
- Fluency in French and English; Italian is a plus.
- Unquestionable integrity and critical thinking.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools; knowledge of SAP and BI is advantageous.
- Autonomous, pragmatic, and proactive mindset.
A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in internal or external audit, with a proven track record in managing complex compliance and internal control functions.
University degree or business school qualification in audit or finance.
