1. Support global e-commerce activities across EMEA, US, Japan, and China.
2. Initialize each collection by categorizing and creating new categories.
3. Manage product offerings and ensure adherence to e-merchandising guidelines in collaboration with regional teams.
4. Create or adapt e-merchandising strategies for collection launches and capsules.
5. Conduct quality checks on product images, translations, pricing, and availability to maintain excellence on Givenchy.com.
6. Maintain e-commerce offer tracking documents.
7. Participate in and monitor the site animation plan with CRM, Communication, and regional teams.
8. Manage the roadmap for e-commerce animation assets.
9. Create, update, and track product availability files for Communication, CRM, and business units.
10. Contribute to and improve e-commerce functionalities such as size guides and 'Complete the Look'.
11. Report bugs and requests using the project management tool Jira.
12. Conduct competitive studies and compile results to identify consumer needs and development opportunities.
13. Propose optimizations for internal processes.

1. Previous experience in e-commerce, preferably in a similar role.
2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
3. Attention to detail and rigor in execution.

1. Proficiency in Excel.
2. Fluency in both English and French.

Entry-level experience in e-commerce, ideally in a similar position.
