Givenchy Global Clienteling Assistant Intern

- Assist in coordinating the global Clienteling strategy across various regions including the US, China, APAC, and EMEA, and provide detailed reporting on actions taken such as conversion rates, ROI, and qualitative feedback.
- Communicate with regional teams to document client activations and best practices.
- Support regions in developing client activations and ensure adherence to global guidelines.
- Coordinate annual and seasonal gifting strategies from conception to distribution across all regions.
- Manage the VIC client list and client experience for Paris fashion shows.
- Assist in the development and dissemination of Clienteling tools to regions, including client activation menus, training, and newsletters.
- Support budget tracking for Clienteling initiatives.
- Update the Clienteling action calendar and ensure precise and regular reporting of all Clienteling activities.
- Conduct competitive analysis of Clienteling actions within the luxury industry and beyond.
- Strong interest in luxury sector trends and client experience.
- Previous experience in a luxury brand's Client Experience department.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Dynamic and enthusiastic with strong analytical abilities.
- Organized, meticulous, agile, and detail-oriented.
- Creative, autonomous, and proactive.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
- Fluent in English.
Entry-level experience in a luxury brand's Client Experience department is preferred.
