4. Master various fabrication techniques such as French seams, handkerchief hems, bustier construction, and shirt assembly.
5. Apply high-end quality standards and finishes, including measurement control, proper pressing, and ensuring the garment's fit until completion.
6. Meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Flou Mechanic in a couture house, luxury atelier, or high-end garment manufacturing.
2. Strong technical knowledge of fluid garments, materials such as fine fabrics, crêpe de chine, Georgette chiffon, and assembly techniques, including bustiers.
3. Fluent in French, both spoken and written.
