1. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Flou Mechanic in a couture house, luxury atelier, or high-end fashion workshop.
2. Strong technical knowledge of flou garments, fabrics such as fine materials, crêpe de chine, and Georgette chiffon, and assembly techniques, including bustiers.
3. Fluent in French, both spoken and written.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a couture house or luxury fashion atelier is required.
