Givenchy Finance Director

- Prepare financial statements in compliance with Italian accounting principles.
- Provide financial statements and reporting for the Parent Company in accordance with IFRS standards.
- Conduct LVMH Group reporting, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
- Oversee financial planning, including budgeting, revised budgets, and strategic planning for the subsidiary.
- Ensure the delivery of strategic plans sustainably, maximizing profitability and addressing long-term strategic issues.
- Lead all aspects of reporting, accounting, and planning processes.
- Measure performance through effective management control systems and KPIs.
- Evaluate and recommend sales and retail capital expenditures.
- Maintain regular relations with statutory bodies, audit firms, fiscal authorities, and external consultants.
- Develop and implement internal control systems in compliance with LVMH policies and procedures.
- Serve as a point of reference for Model 231 and ODV (Organismo di Vigilanza).
- Provide legal support for Italy to HQ.
- Manage general service activities, including purchasing for Industrial and Retail sectors.
- Oversee maintenance activities for the Industrial site, Retail, and Milan wholesale office.
- Define contracts in accordance with cost-saving policies and ensure service delivery.
- Manage IT technical requests in collaboration with HQ and oversee external IT resources in Italy.
- Proven experience in finance, both controlling and administration, within the luxury or retail industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record in team management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of processes and procedures for Industrial and Retail sectors.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of Italian law and administrative rules and obligations.
- Proficiency in SAP, GYPO, PLM, CEGID, and tools for budgeting and reporting.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build strong relationships.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, particularly in controlling and administration within the luxury or retail industry.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
