Givenchy Finance Director

1. Prepare financial statements in compliance with Italian accounting principles.
2. Provide financial statements and reporting for the Parent Company in accordance with IFRS standards.
3. Conduct LVMH Group reporting, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
4. Oversee financial planning, including budgeting, revised budgets, and strategic planning for the subsidiary.
5. Ensure the delivery of strategic plans sustainably, maximizing profitability and addressing long-term strategic issues.
6. Lead all aspects of reporting, accounting, and planning processes.
7. Measure performance through effective management control systems and KPIs.
8. Evaluate and recommend sales and retail capital expenditures.
9. Maintain regular relations with statutory bodies, audit firms, fiscal authorities, and external consultants.
10. Develop and implement internal control systems in compliance with LVMH policies and procedures.
11. Serve as a point of reference for Model 231 and ODV (Organismo di Vigilanza).
12. Provide legal support for Italy to HQ.
13. Manage general service activities, including purchasing for Industrial and Retail sectors.
14. Oversee maintenance activities for the Industrial site, Retail, and Milan wholesale office.
15. Define contracts in accordance with cost-saving policies and ensure service delivery.
16. Manage IT technical requests in collaboration with HQ and oversee external IT resources in Italy.

1. Proven experience in finance, both controlling and administration, within the luxury or retail industry.
2. Strong leadership skills with a track record in team management.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. In-depth knowledge of processes and procedures for Industrial and Retail sectors.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
6. Knowledge of Italian law and administrative rules and obligations.

1. Proficiency in SAP, GYPO, PLM, CEGID, and tools for budgeting and reporting.
2. Fluency in Italian and English.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build strong relationships.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, particularly in controlling and administration within the luxury or retail industry.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
