Givenchy Fabrication and Industrialization Specialist - Men's Ready-to-Wear

- Organize and participate in technical meetings for Men's collections including pre-collections, runway shows, and capsules.
- Coordinate with various departments and manufacturers to establish production details and implement industrialization and standardization procedures.
- Conduct fittings on size 48/M mannequins and document with photographs.
- Draft and validate technical dossiers, including measurements and gradations, during and post technical meetings for all sold references. Upload dossiers to the PLM system.
- Manage leftover collection fabrics and trims for PPS (Pre-production Sample) creation.
- Oversee the launch, control, and fitting of PPS/TDS (Pre-production Sample and Têtes de série).
- Organize and manage fittings to ensure garment fit, balance, and compliance with quality standards.
- Validate prints and stylistic details in collaboration with designers.
- Measure and update technical dossiers with control comments.
- Monitor the progress of industrialization stages with manufacturers.
- Provide technical support and maintain constant communication with manufacturers to ensure process guidance and follow-ups.
- Oversee workshop adjustments concerning patterns and prototypes during the standardization phase.
- Propose improvements in manufacturing assembly, optimization, and finishing in the workshop.
- Validate production agreements and collaborate across departments including Men's Ready-to-Wear Production, Development, Merchandising, Studio, and Workshop.
- Validate production controls and participate in fashion show preparations.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Educational background in textile or apparel industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; Italian language skills are a plus.
- Attention to detail, methodical approach, organizational skills, responsiveness, teamwork, and excellent interpersonal skills.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position within the fashion industry is required.
A degree in textile or apparel industry is required.
