Givenchy Executive Assistant

- Manage the Managing Director's calendar and schedule all meetings, ensuring follow-up on critical tasks.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itinerary planning and expense management using Concur.
- Assist with travel and expense tracking for the Managing Director's direct reports.
- Develop a network of hospitality contacts to secure preferred rates and reservations.
- Prepare agendas and materials for weekly leadership meetings.
- Create itineraries and provide support for executive visits.
- Develop and maintain PowerPoint presentations for executive meetings and business updates.
- Serve as the primary contact for office management, including IT support and supply orders.
- Plan and execute corporate events, including sourcing venues and managing budgets.
- Collaborate on real estate projects, creating presentations and maintaining planning files.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- 2-3 years of corporate work experience
- Proven efficiency and resourcefulness
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate environment, demonstrating a track record of efficiency and resourcefulness.
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
The compensation for this position ranges from $85,000-105,000 annually, with potential bonus opportunities.
