Givenchy Executive Assistant

- Manage the calendar and schedule all meetings for the Managing Director, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itinerary planning and T&E budget tracking.
- Assist with travel requests and budgeting for the Managing Director's direct reports.
- Establish and maintain a network of hospitality contacts to secure preferred rates and reservations.
- Prepare agendas and materials for weekly leadership meetings.
- Create itineraries and provide support for executive visits.
- Develop and maintain PowerPoint presentations for executive meetings and business updates.
- Serve as the primary contact for office management, including desk assignments, IT assistance, and supply orders.
- Plan and execute corporate events, including sourcing venues and managing budgets.
- Collaborate on real estate projects, creating presentations and maintaining planning files.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of corporate work experience
- Proven track record of efficiency and resourcefulness
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
