Givenchy Event Production Assistant Intern

1. Assist in organizing local and international events, including fashion shows and press days.
2. Contribute to the creation of internal communication tools for fashion shows.
3. Conduct venue research for Givenchy events.
4. Perform iconographic research and create moodboards.
5. Manage orders and requests for quotes from external vendors for fashion shows and local events.
6. Create and track legal and administrative documentation requests for vendors and modeling agencies.
7. Update and maintain event guidelines.
8. Develop benchmarks on best practices, innovations, and strategic partners in the event industry.
9. Regularly manage and update inventory and stock levels.
10. Coordinate shipments to various regions and charities, including invoice creation and liaising with transporters.

1. Enrollment in a Business School, Communication School, or equivalent program.
2. Prior experience in event management or project management.

1. Proficiency in English.
2. Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
5. Adaptability and resilience.

A minimum of one prior experience in event management or project management is required.

Currently enrolled in a Business School, Communication School, or equivalent program.
