Givenchy eConcessions Manager

- Develop and manage the budgeting process, setting ambitious yet attainable sales targets.
- Create and implement a commercial calendar and action plan related to budget objectives.
- Analyze and report business performance on a weekly and monthly basis, providing insights to senior management.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with eConcessions partners, enhancing brand representation and trust.
- Assist in the buying process, providing feedback to the Merchandising team to optimize product assortment and sell-through.
- Secure necessary stock and exclusive product launches to achieve sales objectives and enhance brand presence.
- Identify and leverage marketing opportunities with eConcessions partners, collaborating with internal teams to build effective campaigns.
- Understand technical interfaces and workflows, pre-qualifying issues and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with IT to enhance technical setup and drive new projects for business acceleration.
- 8-10 years of experience in eCommerce, Performance Marketing, or Merchandising within the fashion industry.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrated capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Merchandising, Marketing, and IT.
- Experience in building strong, mutually beneficial business relationships with third parties.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in managing cross-cultural and cross-functional environments.
- Technical understanding of eCommerce platforms and integrations.
Minimum 8-10 years in eCommerce, Performance Marketing, or Merchandising within the fashion industry.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
$90,000-$100,000 annually, dependent on skills and experience.
