- Participate in the budgeting process and establish ambitious sales targets.
- Develop and execute a commercial calendar and action plan related to budget.
- Analyze and report business performance on a weekly and monthly basis, providing insights to top management.
- Cultivate partnerships with eConcessions platforms, understanding their intricacies to identify opportunities.
- Build trust and brand preference with key contacts by being proactive and business-minded.
- Enhance brand representation by educating partners and improving site presence.
- Assist in the buying process and provide feedback to the Merchandising team.
- Develop an assortment strategy to drive performance and optimize sell-through.
- Secure necessary stock and exclusive launches to achieve objectives.
- Ensure accurate and timely product uploads on partner sites.
- Identify marketing opportunities and build campaigns with partners.
- Understand technical interfaces and pre-qualify issues for improvement.
- Collaborate with IT to enhance setup and drive new projects.
- 8-10 years of experience in eCommerce, Performance Marketing, or Merchandising within the fashion industry.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrated capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Successful track record of collaboration with Merchandising, Marketing, and IT teams.
- Ability to establish strong, mutually beneficial relationships with third parties.
- Strong analytical skills for business performance analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in eCommerce platforms and technical interfaces.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
A minimum of 8-10 years in eCommerce, Performance Marketing, or Merchandising within the fashion industry is required.
The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000-$100,000 annually, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
