Responsibilities
- Manage product offerings and ensure adherence to e-merchandising guidelines across regional sites.
- Conduct quality checks on product images, translations, pricing, and availability to maintain excellence on Givenchy.com.
- Maintain and update e-commerce tracking documents.
- Participate in and monitor the site animation plan with relevant teams including CRM, Communication, and regional teams.
- Report bugs and requests using the project management tool Jira.
- Conduct competitive analysis and compile results to identify consumer needs and development opportunities.
- Contribute to site development through e-merchandising projects.
- Propose optimizations for internal processes.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in e-commerce, preferably in a similar role.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Fluency in English and French.
Experience Requirements
Entry-level experience in e-commerce is required, ideally in a similar position.
