Givenchy E-Commerce Stock Management Assistant

- Manage daily e-commerce stock operations under the guidance of the Store Manager and Store Operations Manager.
- Prepare and dispatch international orders efficiently.
- Handle disputes and escalate issues as necessary.
- Coordinate with other boutiques to verify stock availability and facilitate transfers.
- Maintain stock organization, ensuring optimal space utilization and adherence to storage protocols.
- Oversee delivery processes including tracking, receiving, unpacking, quality and quantity checks, and storage.
- Conduct weekly rotating inventories and prepare for the annual fiscal inventory.
- Propose and implement solutions for operational and ergonomic improvements.
- Proven ability to work with precision and organization.
- Autonomous with a strong sense of initiative.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and enthusiasm.
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Cegid and SAP is advantageous.
- Fluency in English and French.
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
