1. Manage daily e-commerce stock operations under the guidance of the Store Manager and Store Operations Manager.
2. Prepare and dispatch international orders efficiently.
3. Handle disputes and escalate issues as necessary.
4. Coordinate with other boutiques to verify stock availability and facilitate transfers.
5. Maintain stock organization, ensuring optimal space utilization and adherence to storage protocols.
6. Oversee delivery processes including tracking, receiving, unpacking, quality and quantity checks, and storage.
7. Conduct weekly rotating inventories and prepare for the annual fiscal inventory.
8. Propose and implement solutions for operational and ergonomic improvements.

1. Proven ability to work with precision and organization.
2. Autonomous with a strong sense of initiative.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and enthusiasm.

1. Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Cegid and SAP is advantageous.
2. Fluency in English and French.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
