1. Oversee the implementation of strategic directives from the Industrial and Development Directorate.
2. Maintain a business vision for the department and conduct competitive analysis within the industry.
3. Manage the launch of prototypes and samples across product categories, coordinating with ateliers and manufacturers.
4. Conduct fittings with the Design Directorate and communicate outcomes to relevant teams.
5. Ensure comprehensive preparation of technical dossiers for industrialization, including materials and measurements.
6. Anticipate and resolve product-related issues throughout development phases.
7. Collaborate with production teams to ensure high-quality creation from prototype to boutique delivery.
8. Monitor material order planning with dedicated services and studios.
9. Define retro-planning in collaboration with Merchandising and Design teams to meet collection delivery deadlines.
10. Ensure adherence to timelines and budgets, raising alerts as necessary.
11. Update PLM, BOM, pricing, and traceability data, including CSR topics.
12. Maintain objective margins across product categories.
13. Identify and propose process improvements, executing approved actions.
14. Facilitate organizational change and transformation phases.
15. Develop team competencies and succession plans.
16. Guide teams in understanding industry challenges, competitor offerings, and market trends.

1. Advanced degree in a relevant field.
2. 15 years of successful experience in a similar role.

1. Strong product sensitivity with a passion for luxury and fashion.
2. Proficiency in tailoring and draping categories.
3. Fluent in Italian.
4. Proficient in common and industry-specific software, particularly PLM Centrix.

Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.

Advanced degree in a relevant field.
