- Process customer orders from receipt to dispatch
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Initiate deliveries
- Manage shipment specifics including customs documents, incoterms, and payment methods
- Monitor payments and monthly billing objectives
- Update order tracking spreadsheets
- Handle after-sales service requests from wholesale clients
- Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to ensure problem resolution and customer satisfaction
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Customer Service procedures
- Propose and participate in the development of performance indicators
- Enrollment in a Business School, University, or equivalent program
- Demonstrated dynamism, curiosity, reactivity, rigor, and organization
- Methodical with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Comfortable with numerical data
- Strong team player with a degree of autonomy
- Customer service orientation and strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
