- Process customer orders from receipt to shipment.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Initiate deliveries and manage shipment specifics, including customs documents and payment terms.
- Monitor payments and monthly billing objectives.
- Update order tracking spreadsheets.
- Handle after-sales service requests from wholesale clients.
- Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to ensure problem resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Customer Service procedures.
- Propose and participate in the development of performance indicators.
- Currently enrolled in a Business School, University, or equivalent program.
- Dynamic, curious, and responsive with strong organizational skills.
- Methodical with the ability to prioritize tasks and comfortable with numerical data.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work autonomously.
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Currently enrolled in a Business School, University, or equivalent program.
