- Collaborate with marketing and retail teams to support the implementation of retail activation plans and campaign communications based on sales strategies.
- Identify client development opportunities and propose relevant action plans within the region.
- Ensure consistency in customer communications and generate analytical reports on a weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc basis.
- Analyze campaign performance and data quality of customer profiles, making recommendations for future campaigns in collaboration with marketing and brand directors.
- Identify opportunities to optimize outreach and increase the proportion of opt-in customers in the database.
- Support and conduct weekly business reviews, category analysis, and stock monitoring.
- Manage weekly category reports and support regional stock request management and delivery follow-up.
- Assist in merchandising and product strategy development tailored to boutique profiles.
- Prepare seasonal collection product mappings and related training materials.
- Partner with the retail training team for seasonal collection launches.
- Support merchandising coordination for retail activities, including stock and sales planning.
- Identify risks and opportunities, providing actionable insights to optimize sales.
- Conduct monthly sales forecasting per store and category, and plan seasonal collection sales.
- Support visual merchandising on product launches, store re-merchandising, and end-of-season sales.
- Assist retail operations and logistics with after-sales service.
- Passion for the luxury retail and fashion merchandising industry.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
