- Collaborate with marketing and retail teams to implement retail activation plans and campaign communications based on sales strategies.
- Identify client development opportunities and propose relevant action plans within the region.
- Ensure consistency in customer communications.
- Generate and analyze weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc data analytical reports.
- Evaluate campaign performance and data quality of customer profiles.
- Make recommendations for future campaigns in collaboration with marketing and brand director.
- Optimize outreach to increase the proportion of opt-in customers in the database.
- Support weekly business reviews, category analysis, and stock monitoring.
- Manage weekly category reports and support regional stock management.
- Assist in merchandising and product strategy development for boutiques.
- Prepare seasonal collection product mapping and training materials.
- Partner with the retail training team for seasonal collection launches.
- Coordinate merchandising for retail activities, including stock and sales planning.
- Identify risks and opportunities, providing actions to support retail teams in optimizing sales.
- Conduct monthly sales forecasting per store and category, and plan seasonal collection sales.
- Support visual merchandising on product launches, store re-merchandising, and season-end sales.
- Assist retail operations and logistics in after-sales service.
