Givenchy Consolidation Manager

- Lead the consolidation of financial statements for Givenchy entities, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closings: income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow.
- Coordinate local financial teams to ensure timely and quality reporting, resolving consolidation issues.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of consolidated data in compliance with IFRS and Group standards.
- Control and analyze balance sheets, income statements, and TVT for each entity.
- Collect and verify accounting and tax packages, monitor statutory data and IFRS adjustments.
- Control and analyze tax calculations.
- Oversee consolidation tasks: ensure proper execution of consolidation rules, analyze consolidated statements and result consistency, integrate consolidation adjustment entries, analyze exceptional operations, justify work to auditors, calculate consolidated margin in stocks.
- Produce and analyze consolidated financial reports for management and LVMH Consolidation & Controlling teams.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of consolidation tools, methods, and processes to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Lead financial projects to improve management processes and reinforce their efficiency and reliability.
- Manage IS&T controlling for Givenchy, including budgeting, cost tracking, and central and regional IS&T team oversight.
- Manage monthly IS&T controlling closure for the French entity, ensuring reliability of provisions, accrued expenses, and reporting.
- Master's degree from a business school or university (Bac+5)
- Fluency in English
- Excellent proficiency in office tools, especially Excel (knowledge of PowerBI, Anaplan, SAP, and Syrus is a plus)
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit
A minimum of 5 years of experience in audit, consulting, and/or management control is required.
Master's degree from a business school or university (Bac+5)
The position offers a hybrid working mode, combining remote and on-site work in Paris 8th arrondissement.
