Givenchy Collection Merchandiser - Men's Ready-to-Wear

- Supervise the construction of Men's Ready-to-Wear and Textile Accessories collections, focusing on offering, pricing, and strategy.
- Create collection briefs biannually for the Studio and develop comprehensive 360-degree collection plans, including trends, market opportunities, and strategic orientations.
- Conduct sell-in/sell-out analyses and ad hoc analyses to inform collection structure and strategy.
- Define global pricing strategy in collaboration with Retail Merchandising.
- Manage budget and strategic planning for collections.
- Participate in technical meetings with Industrial Development and Quality teams.
- Oversee e-commerce merchandising, including product shooting and content creation.
- Conduct competitive analysis covering assortment, pricing, communication, distribution, and comprehensive 360-degree studies.
- Present collections in showrooms and support commercial teams.
- Coordinate with Retail & Wholesale teams during buying sessions.
- Lead the creation of training tools for collections and participate in store or showroom trainings.
- Define pricing strategy in euros and other currencies.
- Manage a team of two, including one permanent Collection Merchandiser and one intern.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role.
- Passion for fashion with a strong awareness of current trends in fashion and leather goods.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in quantitative data.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
- Public speaking skills are required.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and market research.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
A minimum of 6 years in a similar role within the fashion or luxury industry is required.
