Givenchy Collection Merchandiser Manager - Men's Ready-to-Wear

- Develop and oversee the collection plan and its execution for Men's Ready-to-Wear and Textile Accessories.
- Create biannual collection briefs for the Studio, incorporating market trends, strategic directions, and target collection plans.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses including Sell-in/Sell-out and ad hoc reports.
- Define and implement the global pricing strategy in collaboration with Retail Merchandising.
- Manage the budget and strategic plan, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Participate in technical meetings with Industrial Development and Quality teams.
- Monitor e-commerce merchandising, including product shooting and content creation.
- Conduct competitive analysis covering assortment, pricing, communication, and distribution.
- Present collections in showrooms and support commercial teams during buying sessions.
- Coordinate with Retail & Wholesale teams on buying sessions and develop training tools for the collection.
- Manage a team of two, including a permanent Collection Merchandiser and an intern.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role.
- Passion for fashion with a keen awareness of current trends in fashion and leather goods.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
- Public speaking skills are required.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in market analysis and pricing strategy development.
- Team management and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role within the fashion industry.
