Givenchy Collection Merchandiser Manager - Men's Ready-to-Wear

- Oversee the development and execution of Men's Ready-to-Wear and Textile Accessories collections, including strategic planning, pricing, and market positioning.
- Collaborate closely with the Studio and Product Development teams to ensure alignment on collection briefs and strategic direction.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis, including sell-in/sell-out data and competitive landscape assessments.
- Define and implement global pricing strategies in collaboration with Retail Merchandising.
- Manage the budget and strategic plan for the collection.
- Participate in technical meetings with Industrial Development and Quality teams.
- Monitor e-commerce merchandising, including product descriptions and visuals.
- Present collections in showrooms and support commercial teams during buying sessions.
- Lead the creation of training tools for collections and participate in training sessions.
- Manage a team of two, including one permanent Collection Merchandiser and one intern.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role within the fashion industry.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in quantitative data analysis.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
- Public speaking skills are required.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in market analysis and competitive research.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role within the fashion industry.
