- Oversee the development and execution of men's ready-to-wear and textile accessories collections, including market analysis, pricing strategy, and strategic planning.
- Collaborate closely with the design studio, product development, and retail merchandising teams to ensure cohesive collection development.
- Conduct comprehensive market and product analysis to inform collection structure and strategy.
- Define global pricing strategy in collaboration with retail merchandising.
- Manage the budget and strategic plan for collections.
- Participate in technical meetings with industrial development and quality teams.
- Monitor e-commerce merchandising, including product descriptions and visuals.
- Conduct competitive analysis regarding assortment, pricing, communication, and distribution.
- Present collections in showrooms and support commercial teams during buying sessions.
- Coordinate with retail and wholesale teams for buying sessions.
- Develop training tools for collections and participate in training sessions in stores or showrooms.
- Manage a team of two, including one full-time collection merchandiser and one intern.
- Minimum of 6 years experience in a similar role.
- Strong passion for fashion with a keen awareness of current trends in fashion and leather goods.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
