Givenchy Clienteling Coordinator Europe

- Coordinate the organization of client events across Europe.
- Develop event proposals and validate formats with HQ teams.
- Participate in planning and ensure operational organization.

- Consolidate and share post-event reports.
- Coordinate client gift dispatch and manage personalized experience catalog.
- Coordinate client experience during fashion shows in collaboration with concierge services.
- Work closely with store management, regional departments, and global clienteling teams.
- Support sales teams in their VIC development strategy, ensuring alignment with global objectives.
- Proven experience in clienteling, ideally within luxury fashion.
- Strong sensitivity to fashion, trends, and the luxury universe.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and aesthetic sensitivity.
- Organizational skills, rigor, and priority management.
- Good stress management, proactivity, and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative spirit, curiosity, and initiative.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in clienteling, preferably in the luxury fashion sector.
