1. Coordinate and support in-store and external events.
2. Facilitate relationships with suppliers and department partners.
3. Participate in the implementation of client experiences for fashion shows.
4. Monitor and report on actions to evaluate their impact.
5. Collect and share best practices in clienteling.
6. Develop tools for client identification and conduct in-depth client profile analysis.
7. Coordinate gifting strategies and support the organization of exclusive experiences for VIP clients.
8. Manage purchase orders and invoices.
9. Perform various administrative tasks.

1. Proactive and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
2. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Salesforce is advantageous.
3. Previous internship experience in project management, preferably in event management or client relations, is beneficial.
4. Flexible, adaptable, and a team player.
5. Fluent in French and English.
