Givenchy Clienteling Assistant Intern

- Coordinate and support in-store and external events.
- Facilitate relationships with suppliers and department partners.
- Participate in the implementation of client experiences for fashion shows.
- Monitor and report on actions to evaluate their impact.
- Collect and share best practices in clienteling.
- Develop tools for client identification and conduct in-depth client profile analysis.
- Coordinate gifting strategies and support the organization of exclusive experiences for VIP clients.
- Manage purchase orders and invoices.
- Perform various administrative tasks.
- Proactive and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Salesforce is advantageous.
- Previous internship experience in project management, preferably in event management or client relations, is beneficial.
- Flexible, adaptable, and a team player.
- Fluent in French and English.
