- Coordinate, support, and participate in in-store and external events.
- Support relationships with suppliers and department partners.
- Participate in implementing client experiences for fashion shows.
- Monitor and report on actions taken to assess their impact.
- Collect and share clienteling best practices.
- Create and develop client identification tools.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of client profiles.
- Coordinate gifting strategy.
- Support the organization of exclusive experiences for VICs (Very Important Clients).
- Manage purchase orders and invoices.
- Perform various administrative tasks.
- Rigorous, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Proficiency in French and English.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Salesforce is advantageous.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Teamwork capabilities.
A first internship in project management, ideally in event management and/or client relationship management, is a plus.
