- Welcome and receive clients at the Givenchy concession, ensuring a refined and comfortable shopping environment.
- Develop rapport with domestic and international clientele to advise on product selection and styling.
- Proactively present complementary products and demonstrate deep product knowledge across Givenchy lines.
- Confidently process sales transactions while preserving the client relationship and delivering a luxury experience.
- Capture and update client CRM details to grow and maintain a personal book of business with timely follow‑up.
- Maintain stock standards and assist with stock control procedures in line with store guidance.
- Adhere to visual merchandising directives and uphold the Givenchy image on the sales floor.
- Comply with behavioural, dress code and appearance guidelines set by management.
- Continually enhance product knowledge through in‑store training and market trend monitoring.
- Minimum three years' sales experience in a high‑fashion or luxury retail environment.
- Proven experience selling leather goods with an understanding of craftsmanship and product quality.
- Demonstrable business acumen with hands‑on experience managing and achieving retail KPIs.
- Fluent English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Excellent personal presentation and the ability to represent Givenchy as a brand ambassador.
- Strong communication, relationship‑building skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while operating autonomously to meet targets.

Minimum three years of direct sales experience in luxury fashion; department store experience preferred. Proven track record selling leather goods and delivering against retail KPIs.
