1. 5-10 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or related industries.
2. 5-10 years of management experience.
3. Bachelor's degree preferred.
4. Proficient in verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
5. Strong presentation skills.
6. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and video-telephony technology.
7. Proven ability to develop community relationships to drive revenue.
8. Experience managing multiple commitments diplomatically.
9. Multilingual abilities are advantageous.
