1. Lead and develop boutique sales and operations to meet or exceed sales and profitability targets.
2. Cultivate and deepen client relationships to achieve sales plans and drive client loyalty.
3. Identify business opportunities and implement strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
4. Direct managers to foster client development activities among team members.
5. Engage in community relationship building to enhance brand presence and drive results.
6. Demonstrate sales leadership by actively participating on the sales floor and managing client relationships.
7. Elevate the client experience through personalized, memorable interactions both in-store and through omni-channel events.
8. Ensure continuous client experience management on the sales floor, coaching the team on selling ceremonies.
9. Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique client experiences.
10. Respond to client feedback to enhance customer service.
11. Mentor and lead boutique teams, fostering a best-in-class service and selling environment.
12. Recruit talent to ensure an engaging and high-performing team.
13. Develop and execute a store action plan to recognize, reward, and develop talent.
14. Provide continuous coaching and qualitative feedback to team members.

1. 5-10 years of retail, hospitality, or cross-industry experience.
2. 5-10 years of management experience.
3. Bachelor's degree preferred.
4. Proficiency in verbal, written, and listening communication.
5. Excellent presentation skills.
6. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Zoom.
7. Proven history of relationship development within a community.
8. Experience managing multiple commitments to clients, teams, and operations.
9. Multilingual abilities are a plus.

$145,000 - $170,000 annually, dependent on skills and experience, with bonus opportunities.
