- Lead and develop boutique sales and operations to meet or exceed sales and profitability targets.
- Cultivate and deepen client relationships to achieve sales plans and drive client loyalty.
- Identify business opportunities and implement strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Direct managers to foster client development activities among team members.
- Engage in community relationship building to enhance brand presence and drive results.
- Demonstrate sales leadership by actively participating on the sales floor and managing client relationships.
- Elevate the client experience through personalized, memorable interactions both in-store and through omni-channel events.
- Ensure continuous client experience management on the sales floor, coaching the team on selling ceremonies.
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique client experiences.
- Respond to client feedback to enhance customer service.
- Mentor and lead boutique teams, fostering a best-in-class service and selling environment.
- Recruit talent to ensure an engaging and high-performing team.
- Develop and execute a store action plan to recognize, reward, and develop talent.
- Provide continuous coaching and qualitative feedback to team members.
- 5-10 years of retail, hospitality, or cross-industry experience.
- 5-10 years of management experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proficiency in verbal, written, and listening communication.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Zoom.
- Proven history of relationship development within a community.
- Experience managing multiple commitments to clients, teams, and operations.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in retail, hospitality, or related industries, with a strong background in management.

$145,000 - $170,000 annually, dependent on skills and experience, with bonus opportunities.
