- Cultivate and deepen client relationships to achieve sales targets.
- Drive client loyalty and spending with both new and existing clients.
- Identify business opportunities and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Lead managers in client development activities to cultivate new and existing client relationships.
- Identify client passions and community involvement to create CSR opportunities.
- Demonstrate sales leadership by actively engaging on the sales floor and managing client relationships.
- Elevate the client experience through personalized and memorable interactions across channels.
- Ensure continuous client experience management on the sales floor, coaching the team on selling techniques.
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique client experiences.
- Act on client feedback to enhance customer service.
- Mentor and lead boutique teams, fostering a culture of service excellence.
- Recruit talent to ensure a dynamic and engaging team environment.
- Develop and execute action plans for talent recognition, reward, and development.
- Provide continuous coaching and qualitative feedback to team members.
- 5-10 years of retail, hospitality, or cross-industry experience.
- 5-10 years of management experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient presentation skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and video-telephony technology.
- Proven experience in community relationship development to generate revenue.
- Ability to manage multiple commitments diplomatically.
- Multilingual skills are a plus.
