- Cultivate and deepen client relationships to achieve sales objectives.
- Drive client loyalty and increase spending among new and existing clients.
- Identify business opportunities and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Lead client development activities among team members to grow the client base.
- Engage with loyal clients to create Corporate Social Responsibility opportunities.
- Exhibit sales leadership by actively participating on the sales floor and managing client relationships.
- Enhance the client experience through personalized and memorable interactions in-store and via omnichannel platforms.
- Maintain a strong client experience management presence on the sales floor, coaching the team on customer service excellence.
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique client experiences.
- Respond to client feedback to improve service quality.
- Mentor and lead boutique teams, fostering a culture of service excellence.
- Recruit and develop talent to ensure a high-performing team.
- Develop and execute action plans for talent recognition, reward, and growth.
- Provide continuous coaching and qualitative feedback to team members.
- 5-10 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or related industries.
- 5-10 years of management experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proficiency in verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and video-telephony technology.
- Proven ability to develop community relationships to drive revenue.
- Experience in managing multiple commitments diplomatically.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
