- Cultivate and deepen client relationships to achieve sales targets.
- Drive client loyalty and spending with both new and existing clients.
- Identify business opportunities and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales plans.
- Guide managers in client development activities to cultivate new and existing clients.
- Create Corporate Social Responsibility opportunities by identifying clients' passions and community involvement.
- Demonstrate sales leadership by actively engaging on the sales floor and managing client relationships.
- Enhance the client experience through unique, personalized, and memorable interactions.
- Ensure continuous client experience management presence on the sales floor, coaching the team on the selling ceremony.
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences.
- Act on client feedback to improve customer service.
- Mentor and lead boutique teams, hiring talent to ensure an engaging service environment.
- Develop and execute action plans for talent recognition, reward, and development.
- Continuously encourage, coach, and provide qualitative feedback to the team.
- 5-10 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or cross-industry roles.
- 5-10 years of management experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proficiency in verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and video-telephony technology.
- Proven ability to develop community relationships to generate revenue.
- Experience in managing multiple commitments to clients, teams, and operations.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in retail, hospitality, or a related field, with management experience.
