- Cultivate and deepen client relationships to achieve sales targets.
- Drive client loyalty and spending with both new and existing clients.
- Identify business opportunities and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales plans.
- Lead managers in client development activities to cultivate new and existing client relationships.
- Identify client passions and community involvement to create CSR opportunities.
- Exhibit sales leadership by actively participating on the sales floor and managing client relationships.
- Enhance the client experience by delivering personalized, memorable moments in-store and through omni-channel initiatives.
- Ensure continuous presence on the sales floor, coaching the team on the selling ceremony and maintaining Givenchy's customer experience standards.
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique client experiences.
- Respond to client feedback to improve customer service.
- Mentor and lead boutique teams to foster a best-in-class service environment.
- Recruit and develop talent to ensure an engaging team environment.
- Develop and execute action plans for talent recognition, reward, and development.
- Provide continuous coaching and qualitative feedback to team members.
- 5-10 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a related industry.
- 5-10 years of management experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient presentation skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and video-telephony technology such as Zoom.
- Proven ability to develop community relationships to drive revenue.
- Experience managing multiple commitments diplomatically.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in retail or hospitality, with management responsibilities.

Compensation ranges from $140,000 to $165,000, dependent on skills and experience.
