- Lead and develop the boutique team to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Cultivate relationships with clients to drive sales and lifetime loyalty.
- Identify and act on business opportunities to exceed sales plans.
- Guide managers in client development activities to expand the client base.
- Engage with loyal clients to create corporate social responsibility opportunities.
- Demonstrate sales leadership by actively participating on the sales floor.
- Enhance the client experience through personalized and memorable interactions.
- Maintain a continuous client experience management presence on the sales floor.
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences.
- Respond to client feedback to improve customer service.
- Mentor and lead boutique teams, fostering a best-in-class service environment.
- Recruit and develop talent to ensure an engaging team.
- Create and execute action plans for talent recognition and development.
- Provide continuous coaching and qualitative feedback to the team.
- 5-10 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a related industry.
- 5-10 years of management experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
- Proficient presentation skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and video-telephony technology.
- Proven ability to develop community relationships to drive revenue.
- Experience managing multiple commitments diplomatically.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
