6. Demonstrate sales leadership by actively participating on the sales floor.

8. Maintain a continuous client experience management presence on the sales floor.
9. Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences.
10. Respond to client feedback to improve customer service.

12. Recruit and develop talent to ensure an engaging team.
13. Create and execute action plans for talent recognition and development.

1. 5-10 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a related industry.
2. 5-10 years of management experience.
3. Bachelor's degree preferred.
4. Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
5. Proficient presentation skills.
6. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and video-telephony technology.
7. Proven ability to develop community relationships to drive revenue.
8. Experience managing multiple commitments diplomatically.
9. Multilingual abilities are a plus.
