1. Achieve monthly sales targets through proactive client engagement on the mall counter or boutique floor.
2. Deliver professional makeup and skincare demonstrations, applying Givenchy sales processes and techniques to convert consultations into sales.
3. Record and maintain daily sales data accurately and punctually.
4. Provide personalised client consultations: identify needs, make tailored product recommendations and follow up to cultivate loyalty.
5. Safeguard and promote the Givenchy brand image by creating memorable, luxury customer experiences.
6. Support daily store operations including stock counts, merchandise replenishment, visual merchandising and maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards.
7. Assist the Store Manager with ad hoc operational tasks and store initiatives as required.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Preferably at least 2 years' experience in cosmetics retail or prestige beauty sales.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage customers with tact and confidence.
4. Demonstrable product knowledge in makeup and skincare and proven sales techniques.
5. Professional personal presentation and grooming; physically fit and able to work on foot for extended periods.
6. Age under 30 and minimum height 160 cm (as stated by the posting); no visible tattoos or facial piercings.
7. Fluent spoken local language (Mandarin) to interact with local clientele.
