1. Coordinate external audits and factory visits, both announced and unannounced, to ensure operational compliance.
2. Onboard manufacturers and compile necessary documentation.
3. Analyze audit reports to identify critical issues and report findings using internal tracking tools.
4. Develop and monitor corrective action plans with suppliers, ensuring closure with documented evidence.
5. Maintain comprehensive due diligence files for each supplier.
6. Lead traceability campaigns in collaboration with the Production team, ensuring data integration and system updates.
7. Manage the manufacturer mapping platform, including the addition of new manufacturers and compliance document signings.
8. Maintain tracking tables and KPIs in Excel, and update dashboards in Power BI.
9. Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, ensuring data consistency and reliability across all tools.

1. Master's degree or equivalent.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in supplier audits and compliance, preferably in luxury or high-end ready-to-wear fashion.

1. Advanced analytical and synthesis capabilities.
2. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Power BI.
3. Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English or French.
4. Strong organizational and reliability skills.
5. Ability to engage with suppliers tactfully and effectively.

At least 5 years of experience in supplier audits and compliance, with a strong understanding of the textile environment and garment value chain, ideally in luxury or high-end ready-to-wear fashion.

Master's degree or equivalent.
