1. Assist the Sourcing/Development team in selecting fabrics, checking availability, and verifying prices, minimums, lead times, and certifications.
2. Ensure the follow-up of fabric purchases and supply for prototypes, samples, and SMS, adhering to budget and collection deadlines.
3. Negotiate prices, minimums, and lead times, proposing substitutes to optimize purchasing or production conditions when necessary.
4. Organize material dispatches according to factory needs for model launches.
5. Ensure order and development service invoicing is up-to-date via ESKER/order table.
6. Participate in fabric allocation (Fabric to Sketch) and manage collection stock and carry-over material inventory.
7. Extract fabrics from PLM for pre-purchase meetings.
8. Create material codes and update PLM with weight, composition, price/minimum/lead time, technical sheets, customs code, etc.
9. Centralize fabric traceability information to comply with AGEC law and LVMH LIFE 360° program.
10. Collect technical fabric specifications and coordinate with quality managers for potential risk material testing.

1. Enrollment in a higher education program in textile engineering, fashion school, business school, or equivalent university program with a focus on materials.
2. Dynamic, organized, and proactive with strong interpersonal skills.

1. Fluency in English; Italian is advantageous.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
3. Familiarity with PLM systems is beneficial.

Beginner level experience in a related field is required.

Currently pursuing a degree in textile engineering, fashion, business, or a related field.
