Givenchy Assistant Boutique Director

- Partner with the Boutique Director to lead and support boutique operations to achieve sales targets and enhance employee and guest experiences.
- Cultivate client relationships to drive loyalty and increase client spend.
- Direct the sales team in client development activities to grow the client base.
- Identify opportunities for Corporate Social Responsibility by engaging with loyal clients and their community involvement.
- Demonstrate sales leadership by actively engaging on the sales floor and managing client relationships.
- Deliver unique and personalized client experiences in-store, through Omni-channel, and at external events.
- Maintain a continuous Client Experience management presence on the sales floor, coaching the team on the selling ceremony.
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to enhance client experiences.
- Act on client feedback to improve customer service.
- Assist in mentoring and leading the team, identifying new talent, and fostering a best-in-class service environment.
- Provide qualitative feedback and coaching to encourage team development.
- Identify and implement efficiencies and best practices to enhance customer service and operations.
- 5-10 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or related industries.
- 2-3+ years of management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
- Proficient presentation skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Zoom.
- Ability to manage multiple commitments diplomatically.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
Minimum of 3 years in a relevant field with management experience.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
