1. Learn to read, interpret, and comprehend technical files and patterns.
2. Perform assembly of tailored pieces.
3. Gradually master various manufacturing stages: collar assembly, sleeves, facings, zippers, etc.
4. Ensure feasibility at each stage by communicating with all stakeholders.
5. Learn to apply quality standards and high-end finishes (measurement control, proper ironing, verification of fit until finalization).
6. Learn to meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality.

1. Strong theoretical/technical knowledge of tailored garments, materials, and assembly techniques (interlinings, zippers, waistbands with rise, sleeve heads, shoulder pads, etc.).
2. Familiarity with sewing machines (flatbed, overlock, triple feed, etc.).
3. Attention to detail, precision, and meticulousness.
4. Team spirit and strong social adaptability.
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. Proficiency in spoken and written French.

Beginner level experience in tailoring or garment assembly is required.
