1. Create, control, and validate supplier records.
2. Process supplier invoices using Esker dematerialization software.
3. Prepare payment campaigns, handle rejections, and account for direct debits.
4. Justify advance and deposit accounts.
5. Analyze supplier balances and monitor outstanding amounts.
6. Follow up on orders and reconcile invoices with operational teams.
7. Process expense reports.
8. Conduct monthly closing tasks: analyze expenses, enter provisions, justify balance sheet accounts, and reconcile inter-company accounts.

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent (Bac +2, BTS Gestion-Comptabilité).
2. Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.

1. Proficiency in SAP and Excel.
2. Fluency in French and English.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
4. Dynamic and motivated attitude.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar role is required, demonstrating proficiency in accounts payable processes and financial software.
