Ginori 1735 Worldwide Training Intern

- Support the identification of training needs and enhancement of sales ceremony and customer experience at Ginori 1735 points of sale.
- Actively manage the new digital mobile learning platform to train and communicate with various sales channels.
- Assist the training team in designing, developing, and translating digital training content on retail training topics such as storytelling, product knowledge, sales techniques, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Collaborate in gathering information from internal and external stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive and high-quality training program.
- Participate in and assist with on-site training workshops.
- Contribute to defining and analyzing training KPIs and learning population performance.
- Diploma from a Linguistic Institute or a degree in Economics, Education, or Arts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Excellent interpersonal, relational, and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Italian, with French considered an advantage.
- Demonstrated patience, active listening, and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a goal-driven mindset.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work on-site in Milan and travel within Italy.
