Responsibilities
- Maximize sales by interacting with diverse customers.
- Provide impeccable customer service and after-sales support.
- Acquire new customers and build strong, lasting relationships with existing ones.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Promote brand culture and awareness internally and externally.
- Ensure an excellent customer experience at every stage of the purchasing process.
- Support the manager in adhering to and monitoring store operational processes.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales within the luxury sector or related fields.
- Passion for Interior Design and the Home Industry.
- Sales-oriented, sociable, ambitious, with a strong team spirit and positive attitude.
- Ability to create positive customer experiences that foster loyalty and generate results.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent organizational abilities.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Registered in the targeted placement lists (L.68/99).
